Sergeant Burkley Sain, of the Jackson Police Department, is the 2015 recipient of this award.
This award is presented annually to a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People who are in good standing and whose contributions and efforts are on-going to the Branch. The member must have brought honor and recognition while demonstrating the true volunteer spirit of a dedicated member of the branch.
