Caution. Flooding of multiple roadways in and around Sachse. 
Due to heavy rains there have been multiple road closures in and around Sachse. SH 78 at Williford Road, areas of Maxwell Creek and Woodbridge Parkway North of 78 near Wal-Mart have been closed. SH 78 and and Williford Roads have since been re-opened, but the danger remains that those areas could flood again as rain and additional run-off continues. It is possible that we could have flooding in areas that do not usually flood. We ask that you be cautious and avoid high water areas. The chances of additional flooding is significant throughout the day with more rain on the way.
