#004 Commercial Burglary

At 4:40am, Officer Liu was dispatched to a commercial alarm located in the 1500 block of Washington.  Upon arrival, Officer Liu discovered the front door was broken and entry had been made inside.  The loss was cash.

#009 Residential Burglary Arrest

At 7:55am, Officers and Detectives investigated a residential burglary that just occurred in the 4800 block of Serra.  Officers arrive and attempted to conduct an enforcement stop on the suspect's vehicle.  The suspects fled and officers got in a short vehicle pursuit.  The pursuit ended when the suspects drove their vehicle up onto the curb near the intersection of Fremont/Sundale.  The male driver (23 years old/Oakland) ran from the disabled car but was caught after a brief foot-pursuit.  The front male passenger (24 years old/Oakland) was arrested without incident.   

#033 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 6:14pm, Officer Scherer was dispatched to the area of Paseo Padre/Fremont in regards to a male who appeared to be intoxicated.  Officer Scherer contacted the male (42 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested him for being drunk in public.

#038 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 9:05pm, Officer Meredith was dispatched to the 4500 block of Val in regards to a female who was appeared to be intoxicated and did not live in the area.  Officer Meredith contacted the female (21 years old) and ultimately arrested her for being drunk in public.

#042 Residential Burglary

Sometime during the day, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 3100 block of Puttenham.  The loss was undetermined at the time of report. 

#002 Warrant Arrest

At 12:32am, Officer Hartman conducted a vehicle stop near Alvarado/Deep Creek and contacted the male driver (41 years old).  The male was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.

#003 Outside Assist

At 1:49am, officers responded to the area of Stewart /Albrae in regards to a report of a vehicle accident.  Upon arrival, it is learned the vehicle had exited the freeway travelling south bound and rolled multiple times onto Fremont streets.  One person had been ejected with serious injuries and all other occupants of the vehicle fled the scene.  Officer J. Roberts located one involved party at the Holiday Inn.  The case was turned over and handled by CHP.
