Today at approximately 7:55 a.m., a 13 year old juvenile female was hit by a vehicle while crossing in the crosswalk of Logan Drive at Nelson Street. After the collision, the driver of the vehicle left the scene and did not stop to check on the juvenile. The vehicle was described as an olive green or similar color Saturn sedan and was last seen driving southbound on Logan Drive.
The juvenile victim sustained minor injuries and was not transported to the hospital. The suspect vehicle and driver are still outstanding. Anyone with information about this collision is asked to please contact Traffic Officer Zambonin at
