Seeking public’s help identifying burglary suspects

Arlington police detectives are investigating a recent late night burglary of a store and reaching out to the public for help identifying the two suspects. Just after midnight on Wednesday, May 13, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Avenue H for an alarm call at a business. When officers arrived, the business owner was at the location and showed officers where the door had been pried open. The suspects stole at least one hookah, a tablet and some cash.

Social Smoke, a hookah wholesale store, had surveillance cameras that recorded the break-in. Video taken from the store’s interior show a man and woman breaking in and using a flashlight to get around. The surveillance video can be viewed on the Arlington Police Department YouTube channel by clicking here,

Anyone with information about this commercial burglary is encouraged to call Arlington Police Department Detective Hayden Perdue at 817 459-6487, or provide an anonymous tip using Crime Stoppers at 817 469-TIPS (8477). Tipsters may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
