MacCulloch Ave btwn Oak & Miller is down to one lane for a water leak. Should be reopened by 2pm. 
The Morristown Police Department advises that MacCulloch Avenue is down to one lane between Oak Street and Miller Road. This is due to a water leak that is being repaired by the Water Authority.
These repairs should be completed by 2pm today but motorists should expect moderate delays as a result.
