05/06/15 WTPD arrested James Staples, age 43, of Oxford NJ, for possession of (CDS) crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. On 05/06/15 at approximately 9:58 AM, patrol was dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident on Harmony-Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation into the crash resulted in the vehicle’s only occupant, Mr. Staples’ arrest. In addition to the charges of possession of CDS crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia Mr. Staples was issued summonses for reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lanes, driving with a suspended license and possession of (CDS) in a motor vehicle. Mr. Staples was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 bail. The Washington Township police were assisted at the scene by the Washington Township Fire Department and Washington Emergency Squad.

05/08/15 WTPD arrested Colette Fowlkes, age 64, of Mt. Vernon NY, for an outstanding warrant out of Jersey City. On 05/08/15 at approximately 11:23 AM, patrol was dispatched to a report of people going through the trash on S. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The investigation revealed that Ms. Fowlkes had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Fowlkes was processed and released with a new court date.

05/08/15 WTPD arrested Lee Zamorsky Jr., age 37, of Hampton NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 05/08/15 at approximately 10:04 AM, patrol was dispatched to the report of an erratic motor vehicle in the area of Rte. 31 N. and Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township. The responding officer located the erratic vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Zamorsky, was wanted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Zamorsky was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended and failure to notify the DMV of an address change. He was then turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

05/09/15 WTPD arrested Michael Toribio Jr., age 22, of Washington NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1004.00 out of Plainfield and Washington Borough. On 05/09/15 at approximately 6:28 PM, patrol observed Mr. Toribio, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on Van Buren St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Toribio, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Toribio was processed and turned over to Plainfield PD.

05/09/15 WTPD arrested Fredrick Prior 3rd, age 29, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/09/15 at approximately 1:33 PM, patrol was alerted to the sound of fireworks in the area of the 200 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Prior being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

05/12/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Emerich, age 22, of Washington NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Emerich was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
05/13/15 WTPD arrested James Mixon, age 37, of Washington NJ, for harassment and disorderly conduct. Mr. Mixon was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.

05/13/15 WTPD arrested Michael Toribio Jr., age 22, of Washington NJ for outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough. On 05/13/15 at approximately 4:37 PM, patrol observed Mr. Toribio, who was known to have outstanding warrants, at Rte. 31 and Rte. 57 in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Toribio, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Toribio was processed and released with a new court date.

05/13/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Wall, age 25, of Washington NJ, for (2) counts of simple assault and (2) counts of harassment. Ms. Wall was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

05/15/15 WTPD arrested Michael Kishpaugh, age 45, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Township. On 05/15/15 at approximately 2:00 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Kinnaman Ave in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicles owner, Mr. Kishpaugh, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Kishpaugh was processed and released with a new court date.

05/15/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Reidinger, age 45, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding warrant out of Mendham Borough. On 05/15/15 at approximately 5:23 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 100 block of Rymon Rd. in Washington Township and arrested Ms. Reidinger without incident for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and turned over to the Mendham Borough Police Department.

05/15/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Hawley, age 42, of Washington NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Mt. Olive Township. On 05/15/15 at approximately 9:20 PM, patrol observed Mr. Hawley, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Hawley, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Hawley was processed and released after posting bail.

05/15/15 WTPD arrested Wayne Sandt Jr,, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/15/15 at approximately 7:32 PM, patrol observed Mr. Sandt urinating on the side of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough. Mr. Sandt was charged with local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

05/16/15 WTPD arrested Carlos Mora, age 50, of Piscataway NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1217.00 out of Washington Borough and East Brunswick. On 05/16/15 at approximately 4:43 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. A records check revealed that Mr. Mora had outstanding warrants. He was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses and released after posting bail.
