Incident Summary:
On 05/18/15, at approximately 7:30pm, a store patron parked his bicycle in front of Target and entered the store to shop. Approximately 15 minutes later he exited the store and observed that his bicycle had been stolen. Video surveillance captured a suspect taking the bike (see attached photo). The victim described his bicycle as a maroon Diamondback mountain bike with gold forks.
