#018 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
At 11:17am, Officer Ehling was dispatched to a report of a vehicle blocking traffic where the driver appeared to be passed out in the 150 block of Lloyd. Officer Ehling arrived in the area and contacted a male (43 years old/Fremont) who was passed out inside of his car. Officer Ehling ultimately arrested the male for possession of methamphetamine.
#024 Vandalism
At 12:00pm, officers responded to a portion of the Alameda County Creek near Rancho Arroyo Park and met with representatives from the Alameda County Water District due to damage sustained to a large inflatable dam in the creek. Damage to the dam resulted in the loss of approximately 49 million gallons of water. The water was released into the SF Bay.
#036 Residential Burglary
Between 11:00am and 6:00pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 40000 block of Leslie by removing screen windows. The loss was electronics and cash.
#049 Resisting Arrest / Parole Violation
At 11:02pm, Officers stopped a known male (39 years old/Fremont) near Mission/Niles. The male ran from officers but was caught a few seconds later. A short struggle ensued before the male was taken into custody. No one was injured. The male was ultimately arrested for resisting arrest, giving false information to a police officer, possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation.
#003 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
At 12:50am, Officers D. Rodriguez and Torrico were dispatched to U-Haul on Thornton after a witness saw a male jump the fence. Officers arrive and contact several subjects in an SUV near a storage locker. One male (47 years old/Union City) is ultimately arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
