Special Crimes Unit investigators have filed four charges of aggravated assault on a public servant stemming from the 5-15-15 incident at 3001 Snowball Trail. On 5-20-15, Brian Haye-Scott Thompson WM 27was released from the hospital and booked into the Potter County Detention Center on the charges. He was still in custody there as of 10:00 AM on Friday morning.
