#013 Commercial Burglary
Between 10:00pm on 05/19/15 and 8:00am on 05/20/15, unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter a business in the 43000 block of Mission by prying and kicking the west side door into the business. No entry was made, but the door had significant damage as a result of being pried and kicked.
#024 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
At 12:10pm, Officers were dispatched to Warren Park regarding a suspicious circumstance. Officer San Luis contacted a male (44 years old/Fremont) and a female (48 years old/Sutter Creek). A probation search was conducted and the female was ultimately cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
#028 Reckless Driving Arrest
At 1:50pm, Officers stopped a vehicle near Gallaudet/Stevenson for reckless driving. The male driver (22 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for reckless driving.
#038 Brandishing a Firearm
At 6:00pm, victim calls 911 because a passenger pointed a handgun at him during a road rage incident near Stevenson/Blacow. Officers contact the passenger of the other vehicle. The passenger admitted to brandishing an airsoft pistol because he was scared of other driver’s behavior. The case is being sent to DA for complaint.
#047 Driving Under the Influence / Collision
Officers were dispatched to a truck into a light pole on Stevenson in front of the tennis courts. Officers arrived and contacted a male (52 years old) who was ultimately placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
#003 Unattended Death
At 4:39am, officers were dispatched to the report of a unoccupied vehicle that appeared to be involved in a crash in a shopping complex at Warm Springs/Gable. Officer Wilson arrived on scene and located the vehicle which was occupied by a deceased male (50 years old/Fremont). The vehicle was resting against a support pillar for one of the buildings however it did not appear there was an actual collision that caused damage. At the time of this writing the cause of death is unknown and the death does not appear to be suspicious
