On Wednesday May 20th, 2015, officers of the Burlington Police Department with assistance from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the United States Marshal Service executed a Search
Warrant at 22 Orchard Terrace Apt. #2, in Burlington, VT. The search warrant was the result of a two month investigation that began after several reports of suspicious activity were received by alert community members.
Detectives arrested Reid D. Poosikian for Sale of Heroin and Possession of Heroin. Detectives also located a stolen firearm in the residence and as a result Poosikian will be charged with Possession of Stolen Property.
The Burlington Police Department would like to thank community members who come forward with information and concerns about suspicious activity in our city. Investigation into others involved with Poosikian is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Det. Richard Volp.
