On May 18, 2015 the Pomona Police Department, received a call regarding a Burglary that had taken place at Arroyo Elementary School over the weekend. The Pomona Police School Resource Officer were assigned to the case and began to investigate. The officers worked closely with the Pomona Unified School District and were able to identify all of the suspects. The investigation also revealed that the same suspects were responsible for an additional 4 burglaries all at Pomona Unified School District facilities. A total of approximately $5000.00 in property taken and damage resulted from the 5 burglaries. All of the suspects are juveniles ranging from the ages of 11 thru 15. The suspects were arrested and booked for 459 PC - Burglary. All 3 suspects were subsequently cited and released to their parents.
