#012 Under the Influence Arrest
At 8:22am, Officer Allsup made a pedestrian stop on a male (64 years old/Fremont) near Gatewood/Fairwood. The male was ultimately arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
#015 Residential Burglary – Attempt
At 2:00pm, an unknown male attempted to break into a house in the 1500 block of Quintana by prying a patio door and by removing a window screen. The male was scared off when the victim arrived home.
#019 Robbery Arrest
At 10:40am, Officer Sasser was dispatched to an ascertain the problem in the area of Paseo Padre Pkwy/Isherwood. The victim was sitting inside of her vehicle in front of her residence when a female suspect, reached inside, punched the victim, and attempted to steal her purse. The suspect was unsuccessful and fled the scene. Sergeant O’Connell found a female, who matched the suspect description, walking in the area. The female was positively identified. Officer Sasser arrested the female (34 years old/Oakland) for robbery.
#043 Warrant Arrest
At 5:43pm, Officer Foster stopped a known male (30 years old/Newark) near Fremont/Parrish. The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.
#050 Warrant Arrest
Officer Zargham stopped a male (33 years old/Fremont) near Motel 6 North. The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
#056 Possession of Methamphetamine
At 10:56pm, Officers Roberts and Chahouati contacted a known male (44 years old/Fremont) near the 41400 block of Joyce. A probation search revealed the male was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The male was arrested.

#005 Driving Under the Influence Collision
At 1:28am, officers were dispatched to a collision near Paseo Padre/Covington. Officers arrived and found a male (23 years old/Fremont) standing near his vehicle that was fully engulfed in flames. Officers Bordy and Macciola investigated and determined the driver was impaired. The male was medically cleared and arrested for driving under the influence.
#008 Warrant Arrest
At 8:00am, Officer Sanders conducted a security check at Motel 6 South and contacted a female (37 years old/Fremont). The female was ultimately arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
#016 Residential Burglary
Between 6:30am and 8:00pm, an unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 3600 block of Mission View by opening an unlocked window. The loss was cash and jewelry.
#029 Shoplifting
At 6:03pm, Officer Zargham was dispatched to Whole Foods in regards to a male (33 years old/Oakland) who was detained for shoplifting. Officer Zargham arrived and took custody of the male.
#036 Warrant Arrest
At 11:06pm, Officer Ramsey contacted a male (44 years old/San Antonio, TX) near the 46100 block of Research. The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.

#011 Warrant Arrest
At 7:15am, Officers Elopre and Baca made a pedestrian stop on a male (61 years old/Fremont) near the flag pole in Niles. The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
#030 Embezzlement
At 2:55pm, Officer Ramsey took a report of an employee who stole gift cards from the Nordstrom Rack store. The case was sent to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
#037 Unattended Death
At 4:36pm, Officer Lobue was dispatched to the area of Fremont/Walnut regarding a possible dead body. FFD was also detailed for medical assistance. Upon arrival the male (58 years old) was determined to be deceased. There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding this case. Alameda County Coroner’s office responded and took custody of the deceased. Investigation continues.
#045 Warrant Service
At 9:45pm, Officer Collins stopped a male (25 years old/Stockton) in front of Motel 6 South. The male was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant and cited for possession of marijuana.
