The Monterey Park Play Days Parade takes place today on Garvey Ave between Alhambra Ave and McPherrin Ave. The intersection at Garfield Ave & Garvey Ave will be closed between 9:30 am-1:00 pm. Come out and enjoy the parade. For north and south bound vehicles, consider using Atlantic Bl or New Ave as alternate routes.
