Investigators with the Jackson Police Department need assistance in identifying a person who stole $900 in merchandise.

Investigators of the Jackson Police Department are investigating the theft of two televisions from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2196 Emporium Drive. The Jackson Police Department needs your assistance in identifying this person of interest.

On April 27, a black male wearing a white t-shirt and glasses entered Wal-Mart Supercenter, selected two televisions valued at $450 each, placed them in the garden center and left the building. He then got into a white SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee, drove to the back of the store, and with the assistance of a second suspect, wearing a gray hoodie, loaded the items into this white SUV. The total value of the merchandise is $900.

The second person of interest, wearing the gray hoodie, caused about $600 in damages to the garden center by forcing entry.
