The Borough Sanitary Sewer Line cleaning project will begin on this Monday, May 18, 2015. Residents should expect sporadic road closures and lane diversions throughout the Borough.
United Water stated that residents may experience brown water coming from their sink faucets if they live in the area where the sewer work is being performed. Residents are advised that if they experience brown water conditions in their homes, they should open up their faucets and run the water until the water runs clear. United water stated there would be no need to boil any water prior to use.
