Victim of Shooting dies at hospital.

VICTIM: 17 year old, Pomona Resident

On May 12, 2015, at approximately 5:44pm, police dispatch received several calls regarding shots fired in the area of 6th St, & Palomares. As officers responded to the location, Pomona Valley Medical Center advised police dispatch that they had a victim of a shooting walk into their emergency room.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound and was taken in for emergency surgery. During surgery, the victim succumbed to his injury.
