Washington: A drug investigation ends with nearly one and a half pounds of marijuana off the streets and a suspect on the lamb.
On April 21, 2015, Trooper Mitchell Wier and Washington Officer Brandon Garland began a drug investigation based off of information they had received. Information led officers to 207 East John Street in Washington, where they met with Keri R. Pilk, 35, and Crevessi Roberts, Jr., 24, both of Washington. A search of the residence unveiled 1.42 pounds of marijuana, digital scales, and two handguns.
Arrest warrants were issued through the Daviess County Court for both Pilk and Roberts for Dealing Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Pilk was arrested without incident and lodged in the Daviess County Security Center, however, Roberts remains at large. Officers are asking that anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Roberts, please contact the Indiana State Police Jasper Post by dialing 1-812-482-1441.
