We are seeking the public's assistance in attempting to identify a driver of a motor vehicle accident. On 4/28/15, at 1:50 pm, a women was walking in the crosswalk at North Avenue by N. 20th Street, when she was struck by a gold Kia SUV. The driver is described as a "female in her 50's." The driver asked the victim if she was okay and then drove off, proceeding eastbound on North Avenue.
