Deputies arrest a Loma Linda man after they locate him stealing metal from a commercial plaza

LOCATION: 25536 Barton Rd. in the City of Loma Linda, CA (Loma Linda Plaza)
SUSPECT(S): Aaron Jordan 35yo resident of the city of Loma Linda
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On May 9, 2015, at approximately 5:09 AM, deputies from the Sheriff’s Central Station (Loma Linda Police) responded to the Loma Linda Plaza located at the 25500 block of Barton Rd. in the City of Loma Linda, reference a silent alarm call. While on scene deputies made access to the roof of the complex and located the suspect, Aaron Jordan, 35yo resident of Loma Linda in the process of dismantling/stealing precious metals from an air conditioning unit. Jordan was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for Commercial Burglary.
Detectives conducted a follow up investigation at Jordan’s last place of residence in the City of Loma Linda. They located evidence possibly linking him to multiple other thefts of precious metals and recycling them at numerous recycling centers throughout the Inland Empire.
