The Bull Ride Charity Bicycle Event will take place tomorrow! You can register at the event beginning at 6:45 a.m. Registration fee is $30. The ride will begin at the Etowah County Fair Grounds, Attalla.

Come join us as we cycle through the beautiful country-side of the Coosa Valley. This bike ride will begin at the Etowah County Fairgrounds and take you through two of Alabama's most scenic counties.

Your registration fee covers rider support (mechanical and medical) along with rest stops, water and refreshments along each route. A post-ride meal will also be provided at the finish line.

The ride starts at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015. Registration will close at 7:45 a.m.

It is recommended that all participants check the weather and wear appropriate clothing for conditions as the ride will go on, rain or shine.

Helmets are required by all riders. For safety of all riders, no music devices will be allowed (i.e. iPods, mp3s, etc.).

All participants will receive a custom belt buckle finishers medal.

The Etowah County Sheriff's Mounted Unit Rodeo will be held Friday and Saturday night, May 8-9, 2015, at the Etowah County Fairgrounds. The rodeo begins at 8:00 p.m. nightly.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Operation Christmas Cheer. Operation Christmas Cheer provides Christmas to more than 25 children in need in Etowah County.
