In order to notify the community of potential noise impact, we are forwarding the following information from Newport Harbor High School:
In honor of our veterans, American Legion Post 291 Color Guard and Rifle Squad will perform a “21 Gun Salute” (the highest honor bestowed) for our fallen veterans. The ceremony will take place on Newport Harbor High School campus in front of the bell tower between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
During the ceremony you may hear three brief loud noises.
