Update: Death at Sheboygan Paper Box ruled fatal traffic accident. 
On 4-29-15, the Sheboygan Police Department responded to Sheboygan Paper Box, 728 South 11th Street, following a report of an industrial accident. A joint investigation was conducted with the Wisconsin State Patrol and the incident has been classified as an accidental death. The victim, Thomas Vandekreeke, age 67, had been working in a narrow walkway near the loading dock when the truck exited the loading dock area. As the truck began to maneuver out of the doorway the trailer impacted the victim causing his death. Since the incident involved a motor vehicle in relation to the roadway, the event is being classified as a fatal traffic accident.
No charges will be issued to the driver of the truck in connection with the accident.
