The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is assisting a Goleta family in the search for their “at risk” missing son.  22-year-old Cody West was last seen early Sunday morning, April 26, at approximately 3:30 a.m. leaving a party on Avenida Gorrion in the Los Carneros area of Goleta.  He has not been seen or heard from since.  His 1999 silver Audi A4 Quatro sedan with a California license plate of 4HAZ784 is also missing.  When Mr. West did not show up to work on Monday morning, April 27, his family reported him missing to the Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies and detectives have been searching for him since he was reported missing.  For the past three days, a Santa Barbara County Air Support Unit helicopter has conducted air surveillance to search for his vehicle.  The Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team has also been called out to search in the area where he was last seen.
