SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES 
Summary: On April 30, 2015 at about 0717 hours, a witness called police and reported that a female was forced in a vehicle in the 2600 block of S. Lilac Ave, Rialto. The witness said a female was sitting on a curb and the driver of a light blue passenger vehicle parked in front of her. The driver exited his vehicle, grabbed the female, and forced her in his vehicle. The male drove away. Officers conducted an area check and did not locate a vehicle or the subjects involved.
