Two suspects were arrested in the shooting at police incident reported on 04/29/2015.
Lauese, Haloti DOB 10/14/1992 out of East Palo Alto was arrested and booked into San Mateo County Jail on attempted homicide, discharging a firearm into a vehicle, evading police officers, carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest and probation violation.
Thomas, Shawn DOB 11/23/1995 out of Sunnyvale was arrested and turned over to the custody of Fremont PD.
The investigation is continuing for the apprehension of a third suspect.
