AVOID N Royal from N Parkway to E Forest, Thur, 4/29/15 at 7am - 5 pm on Fri, 5/1/15 (weather permitting) for storm drain pipe repair. 
The Engineering Department has been notified by the City of Jackson's Stormwater Operations Department that they will temporarily close all- lanes of N. Royal Street from N. Parkway to E. Forest Avenue, beginning Thursday, April 29, 2015, from 7:00 a.m., for approximately two days or until repairs are completed (weather permitting), until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015. The road will be closed to ALL THRU TRAFFIC. All homeowners & businesses will have access to their property. The road closure is to repair storm drain pipe under the road.
