Fontana - Suspect arrested for burglary of a used car dealership and mechanic shops in the county area of Montclair

INCIDENT: PC 459/ PC 3056 arrest
LOCATION: Grand Ave/ Rose Ave, Montclair
SUSPECT(S): David Lee Hagen, 30 years of age, resident of Montclair
SUMMARY: Sheriff's Detectives from the Fontana Station have been investigating a series of commercial burglaries at used auto dealerships and mechanic shops in the unincorporated area of Montclair. A suspect was captured on video surveillance entering the businesses at night at several of the burglaries. On April 22, 2015, Deputy Farrow contacted David Hagen in the same area and subsequently arrested him for parole violation and possession of burglary tools. Detectives conducted a follow-up investgation and discovered Hagen was related to the commercial burglaries. Hagen is currently in custody at the West Valley Detention Center, where he was booked for PC 459 Burglary and PC 3056 Parole Violation.
