SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH ARE ANTICIPATED NORTH AND WEST OF A CLARKSDALE MISSISSIPPI...TO A PARIS TENNESSEE LINE. HIGHEST SPEEDS ARE LIKELY TO OCCUR OVER NORTHEAST ARKANSAS AND THE BOOTHEEL OF MISSOURI. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF THIS EVENING AS A STORM IN THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY PUSHES EAST. ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
