Today the Clayton County Police Department, the Jonesboro Police Department, the Riverdale Police Department and the Clayton County Sheriff's Office conducted a joint operation. The operation was a Multi-Agency Warrant Roundup. The Sheriff and the employees of the Clayton County Sheriff's Office would like to give “Thanks” to all the agencies personnel which participated.
We appreciate the continued support of our fellow agencies. A special thanks to Clayton County Police Chief Greg Porter, Jonesboro Police Chief Franklin Allen and Riverdale Police Chief Todd Spivey. These three agencies constantly display their professionalism. They exhibit their dedication to you "the citizen" and we appreciate them. The cooperation has not gone unnoticed. Below you will find the results of this collaboration.

Warrants Cleared - 31

Included in these arrests was Alan Donnell Lewis. Mr. Lewis was wanted for Aggravated Assault from a multiple shooting incident that occurred on March 12, 2015 in the city of Jonesboro.
