INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Property, Conspiracy

LOCATION: 25000 block of Fisher Street, San Bernardino

SUSPECTS: Hibram Jaramillo 24, Eric Zamorano 27 and Mayra Alvarez 29, all residents of San Bernardino.

SUMMARY:
On Thursday, April 23, 2015, at approximately 6:26 p.m. deputies from the Central Station responded to a possible kidnapping in progress. Witnesses reported a male adult forcibly dragging a female into a green, older model Honda Accord and fleeing the location.

Upon arrival, deputies obtained a detailed description of the male and female involved and direction of travel where the vehicle was last seen. After a coordinated area grid search, the vehicle was located unoccupied, parked in an apartment complex on the 7100 block of Glasgow Ave in the City of San Bernardino, approximately 1 ½ blocks south west of the incident location.

Deputies tightened down the search at the apartment complex and located the male and female involved fleeing the location in the Green Honda, both uninjured and the kidnapping report was unfounded. After a thorough investigation was conducted, the Green Honda in question was found to be a stolen vehicle taken the day prior out of the City of Long Beach. The third suspect was located in the apartment complex along with the victim’s property. All three subjects were arrested for Possession of a stolen vehicle, Possessing stolen property and Conspiracy. The victim’s vehicle and property were returned to him undamaged.
