July of 2012, Hurst pled guilty to Habitual Traffic Violator, Operating While Intoxicated with alcohol equivalent to at least .15 gram of Alcohol.
July of 2014, Hurst violated his terms of probation. A Petition to Revoke Probation warrant was issued for Hurst.
