#035  Possession of Dangerous Drugs

At 4:55 p.m., Officer Foster conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Dusterberry Way and Hansen Ave.  His investigation lead to a search of the driver and vehicle.  Officer. Foster located drugs and paraphernalia in the driver’s possession.  He arrested the 52 year old adult male, Fremont resident for the same.

#007 Driving without a License Arrest

At 7:09 a.m., Officer Rose and Officer Perry made a traffic stop in the area of Logan Drive and Sundale Drive and arrested/cited a a 29 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for driving without a license.

#009 Warrant Arrest

Officer Sasser conducted a security check at Motel 6 North and arrested a 33 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.

#010 Warrant Arrest

Officer Allsup conducted a security check at Motel 6 south and arrested a 54 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.

#023 Shoplifting

At 1:57 p.m., Officer Kindorf was detailed to Kohl’s to take a report of a juvenile who was shoplifting.  The juvenile's parents responded.

#026 Unattended Death

At approximately 2:20 p.m., Officer Gourley was detailed to Pepperwood Tr. for a 60 year old adult male who had passed away.  Nothing unusual was noted by officers and the Alameda County Coroner responded. 

#032  Identity Theft

At 2:55 p.m., Officer Catassi responded to the Dominican Sisters and took a report of identity theft in which the victim’s information was used in Tennessee.

#039 Auto theft and #051 Fraud

At approximately 6:00 p.m., Officer Ramsey was detailed to take a stolen vehicle report at the Safeway in Warm Springs.  The stolen vehicle was a Taxi cab and it was taken by a male and female customer when the cab driver stepped out of the car to make a phone call.  The suspects and vehicle were not initially located.  

At approximately 8:40 p.m., Officer Collins was detailed to the Valero gas station in Warms Springs regarding the attempted use of a stolen credit card.  The suspects fled on foot, but were very similar in description to the couple who had stolen the taxi earlier.  The taxi was located near the Valero station and shortly thereafter the 19 year old adult male (San Jose resident) suspect was located in the area and arrested for taking a vehicle without permission.  The female was still outstanding.  Investigation continues…..
