The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for the City of St. Louis Thursday April 23, 2015 from 4 AM - 8 AM.
Temperatures will be cold enough for frost to form after 4 AM Thursday morning. Temperatures in the low to mid 30's are expected. Sensitive plants or trees may be damaged or killed.
A Frost Advisory is issued when frost is expected to develop during the growing season. Those with agricultural interests in the advisory area should protect tender vegetation. Also, potted plants normally left outdoors should be covered or brought inside away from the cold.
