Rt182(Mountain Ave) in the area of Little St will be down to one lane Thursday(4/23/15) from 9:00AM-12:00PM (weather permitting) due to utility work. Police will be on the scene to assist with traffic. There will be a power outage in the area and JCP&L stated they have notified the residences/businesses that will be affected.
