#023, #024, #025, #026 and #28 Auto Burglaries

At 2:15 p.m., a caller advised that several recreational vehicles and a trailer were burglarized at the Auto Mall Public Storage lot, located on the 42300 block of Boscell Road. The unknown suspect(s) gained access into the yard by cutting a large hole in the rear fence.  Possible suspects are a white male adult and a Hispanic male adult who were chased off the property on Sunday, prior to the reporting party realizing that the vehicles had been burglarized.   CSO’s D. Gott and B. Aguirre investigated.

#035 Warrant Service

At approximately 9:00 p.m., Officer Roberts was dispatched to a local hospital for a warrant service.  Dispatch advised Officer Roberts that a 53 year old adult male, Hayward resident, was at WTH and that he wanted to self-surrender for an outstanding bench warrant. Officer Roberts arrested the male and he was booked into the Fremont Jail.

#034 Stolen Vehicle 

At 9:06 p.m., officers were dispatched to a call of a vehicle that had just been stolen on the 49000 block of Cinnamon Fern Common.  The caller stated that he had just seen two men pulling out of the garage area of his complex in his green Honda Accord.  Officer Nordseth arrived on scene and immediately located the vehicle with two occupants, who were lost inside the complex.  When the victim came to get his vehicle, he identified several items in the vehicle that were not his.  Located inside a backpack were burglary tools and suspected methamphetamine, along with a variety of other suspected stolen items. Officers arrested a 24 year old adult male, San Jose resident, for taking a vehicle without the owner’s permission, receiving known stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and loitering on private property.  The second suspect is an 18 year old adult male, San Jose resident, and he was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner’s permission, receiving known stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and loitering on private property.

 #001 Warrant Service 

Officer Hartman was conducting extra patrol checks behind the Echo Lounge, located on the 34700 block of Ardenwood Circle, when he came across a 38 year old adult male.  The male was subsequently arrested for his warrants.

#003- DUI Arrest/Unlicensed Driver Fremont/Mission

At 1:22 a.m., Officer Taylor conducted a traffic stop on a driver who was operating his vehicle without having headlights on, in the area of Mission View Drive and Spady Street.  A DMV check revealed that the driver did not have a valid California Drivers License.  After conducting a series of field sobriety tests, the 26 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was placed under arrest for DUI and driving without a valid driver’s license.  He was booked into the Fremont Jail.

#005- Warrant Service 

At approximately 2:30 a.m., Officer Roberts contacted a 20 year old adult male, Fremont resident, in the area of 5 Corners (Irvington).  After confirming that the male had two outstanding warrants, a glass pipe consistent with the types used for smoking methamphetamine was located on his person.  The male was arrested and booked into the Fremont Jail for the two warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.
