Burglary Arrest
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Cherokee County woman was arrested and charged in connection to a burglary in Etowah County, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Rhonda Black McGee, 44, of Centre, was arrested April 17, and is charged with one count of third degree burglary, which is a felony,” investigator Jeremy Lasseter said.
McGee allegedly broke into a residence on Croft Ferry Road East, in the Ball Play community. She entered the house through an open window and unlawfully took a flat screen television.
The stolen property was recovered at McGee’s residence located on Main Street in Centre.
McGee was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,500 bond.
