04/09/15 WTPD arrested Christian Roberts, age 52, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/09/15 at approximately 5:20 PM, patrol was dispatched to a report of a suspicious male throwing trash at Candle Artisans Inc. 253 E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival, he located Mr. Roberts, who was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Roberts was processed and released with a court date.

04/10/15 WTPD arrested Anthony Defillipps, age 37, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Department. On 04/10/15 at approximately 11:54 PM, patrol observed Mr. Defillipps, who was wanted, walking on Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer arrested Mr. Defillipps for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.

04/10/15 WTPD arrested Hillary Kitchen, age 31, of Washington NJ, for aggravated assault with a weapon, simple assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, harassment and criminal mischief. Ms. Kitchen was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00 bail.

04/11/15 WTPD arrested Jayson Cimerol, age 23, of Washington NJ. On 04/11/15 at approximately 3:00 AM, patrol observed Mr. Cimerol throwing debris into E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Cimerol was charged with local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

04/11/15 WTPD arrested Geronimo Santana Jr., age 19, of Cherry Hill NJ, Esco Blaylock, age 19, of Bethlehem Pa., and a juvenile female, of Hackettstown NJ. On 4/11/15 at approximately 8:36 PM, officers were dispatched to a reported burglary on Bense Court in Washington Township. Upon patrols arrival and subsequent investigation the above individuals were arrested. Mr. Santana charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date. The juvenile female was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on juvenile delinquency complaints. She was processed and released to a parent. Mr. Baylock was charged with burglary, possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Blaylock was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

04/12/15 WTPD arrested Kevin Kurtzo, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/12/15 at approximately 12:30 AM, patrol observed Mr. Kurtzo urinating on a building in the block 100 of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Kutzo was charged with local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

04/13/15 WTPD arrested Joann Weaver, age 51, all of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/13/15 at approximately 1:37 AM, patrol was dispatched to an address in the 200 block of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for a dispute. The investigation resulted in Ms. Weaver being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

04/14/15 WTPD arrested David Delsantro, age 20, of Washington NJ, for a $740.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Delsantro was processed and released after posting bail.

04/15/15 WTPD arrested Tanasia Sease, age 21, of Pensauken NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Sease was processed and released with a court date.

04/15/15 WTPD arrested a juvenile male, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia. On 04/15/15 at approximately 8:55 AM, officer’s responded to the Warren Hills Regional High School on Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township for a student in possession of marijuana. The juvenile was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on juvenile delinquency complaints. The juvenile was released to a parent.

04/16/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Ziegler, age 25, of Scranton Pa, for a NCIC contempt of a Superior Court Order. On 04/16/15 at approximately 12:05 PM, patrol observed Mr. Ziegler on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Zeigler was taken into custody without incident. He was processed and turned over to the Phillipsburg PD.

04/16/15 WTPD arrested Dennis Tardanico, age 34, of Easton Pa, for a $152.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Tardanico was processed and released with a court date.

04/16/15 WTPD arrested Linda Dech, age 47, of Easton Pa, for a $120.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 04/16/15 at approximately 11:45 PM, patrol was dispatched to a noise complaint at Scotty’s Stadium Club 15 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed the outstanding warrant. Ms. Dech was processed and released with a new court date.

04/16/15 WTPD arrested John Vence, age 18, and Alexander Ramirez, age 22, both of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of entering a township park after hours. On 04/16/15 at approximately 11:33 PM, patrol was checking the Meadow Breeze Park and located the Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Vence inside the park. Both were processed and issued summonses for entering/remaining in the park after hours. They were released with a court dates.

04/16/15 WTPD arrested David Best, age 56, of Washington NJ, for a NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 04/16/15 at approximately 3:00 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 100 block W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for the report of children being harassed. The responding officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Best being arrested on the outstanding warrant. Mr. Best was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

04/17/15 WTPD arrested Mickey Hardy, age 29, of Stroudsburg Pa., for a NCIC warrant out of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. On 04/17/15 at approximately 1:36 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 100 block Axford Ave in Oxford Township for a welfare check. The responding officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Hardy being arrested on the outstanding warrant. Mr. Hardy was processed and turned over to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.

04/17/15 WTPD arrested Tyrone Dowdy, age 29, of Mt. Holly NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Dowdy was processed and released with a new court date.

04/17/15 WTPD arrested David Hawke, age 59, of Washington NJ, for a $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Hawke was processed and released after posting bail.

04/18/15 WTPD arrested Daniel Pedersen, age 28, of Washington NJ, for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 04/18/15 at approximately 1:03 PM, patrol observed Mr. Pedersen in the 100 block of Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. The officer confirmed the known warrant for Mr. Pedersen and he was arrested. Mr. Pedersen was processed and released after posting bail.

04/18/15 WTPD arrested Alejandro Canopebla, age 42, of Washington NJ, for local ordinances of littering and maintaining a nuisance. On 04/17/15 at approximately 7:10 AM, patrol responded to W. Washington Ave and Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough for a report of illegal dumping. The responding officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Canopuebla being charged with the local ordinances. He was processed and released with a court date.

04/19/15 WTPD arrested Laura Rodriguez, age 33, of Washington NJ, for simple and harassment. Ms. Rodriguez was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
