Aggravated Arson/Burglary/Arson/Disorderly Conduct Arrest The Hackettstown Police Department has made an arrest in the Arson cases that occurred between midnight and 5:00AM on 4/16/15. The police department received a tip after someone saw the suspect’s picture on the Hackettstown Police Departments Facebook Page. The information that the detectives received led them to 21yro Connor Cashman of Bayonne, NJ. Connor was charged with criminal attempt to commit aggravated arson (2nd degree crime) and burglary (3rd degree crime) for 210 Main St, charged with arson (3rd degree crime) for 218 Main St and charged with disorderly conduct for 220 Main St. Connor was unable to post the $50,000 bail with no 10% option and was then lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility.
