Heather Wallace, of Marion, charged with stealing friend's credit card information and ordering $3,000 worth of merchandise 
Detective J.T. Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Heather Tate Wallace, 28, of Zion Hill Road in Marion, with one felony count each of obtaining property by false pretense and wire, computer or other electronic manipulation.
Wallace is accused of stealing credit card information belonging to her friend, Mary Lack, of N.C. 126 in Nebo, and ordering $3,383.69 worth of merchandise, like Greg Holland jerseys. The orders were made on MLB.com, Amazon and giftcardmall.com.
