#002 Driving with a Suspended License 
At approximately 12:30 a.m.,  Officer Collins conducted a traffic stop at Osgood Ct and Osgood Rd.  He cited the driver, a 34 year old adult male, for driving on a suspended license.
 
#003 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 12:30 a.m., Officer Luevano had an adult male attempt to evade him on a bicycle near the Train Depot in Centerville.  Officer Luevano found the male a short time later and conducted a stop.  The 54 year old adult male had a warrant and was arrested.

#006 Drunk in Public
Officer Gourley contacted a 30 year old adult male, San Jose resident, at the Panera restaurant on Mowry Ave.  The male was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and so he was arrested.
 
#039 Robbery and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  
A victim was walking near the Chili’s restaurant at the Hub shopping center when he was approached by two males.  The male suspects demanded the victim’s property and struck him with a cane causing injury.
 
#056 Drunk in Public
Officers responded to a call of a male doing donuts in a wheel chair while in the intersection of 5 corners (Irvington). Officers arrive and arrest an adult male for public intoxication.
 
#063 Warrant Service
At approximately 10:20 p.m.,  Officer L. Kennedy contacted a 49 year old adult male on Whitehead Lane.  He was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.
 
#065 DUI
At approximately 11:30 p.m., Officer L. Kennedy conducted a traffic stop at Bart Way and Civic Center Drive.  The 49 year old adult male driver was arrested for drinking and driving. 
 
#064 Brandishing a Weapon
At approximately 11:30 p.m., a brandishing a weapon call came into dispatch.  The caller stated that he was brandished with a gun by a subject with whom he had an earlier incident with (possible robbery/theft case).  This turned out to be an ongoing transient dispute issue.  Five transients were contacted near the Ghost House and Chili’s, one of whom was involved in the earlier incident.  The subject with the gun was not located.  Case investigated by Officer Haugh.
 
#002/#003 Theft, Stolen Vehicle and Warrant
At approximately 1:50 a.m.,  a reporting party on Troyer called to say subjects took a bike from in front of his house and fled in a white van.   The caller followed the van and gave updates of its location.  Fremont units attempted to catch up to the vehicle but the driver drove onto Mattos and abandoned the vehicle before units could arrive.  One passenger, a 55 year old adult male, was caught fleeing on foot and was found to have a parole violation warrant.  A perimeter was set up and a K9 yard search was conducted to locate the outstanding driver and passenger, but they were not located. The van was a stolen vehicle.   Case documented by Officer N. Johnson and assisted by Officer Luevano.
