The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from the media and the public in locating missing person Ms. Burnella Deloach.

Ms. Deloach was last seen on Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00 AM, at her residence which is located in the 1200 block of 103rd Avenue.

Ms. Deloach is a female African American, 85 years old, 5’0”, 165 pounds, gray hair and brown eyes. She walks with a cane and wears glasses. Ms. Deloach was last seen wearing a purple jacket, red shirt and dark colored jeans.

An Oakland resident, Ms. Deloach is considered at risk because she suffers from dementia, schizophrenia and high blood pressure.

This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact OPD Missing Persons at (510) 238-3641.
