Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) Marina Del Rey Station, in collaboration with SAFESHRED, a secure, versatile and comprehensive shredding service, is inviting community members of Marina Del Rey, Ladera Heights, View Park, and Windsor Hills, to bring their bags or boxes of personal documents for document disposal.

The event will take place at the Ladera Shopping Center, 5315 West Centinela Avenue, Los Angeles, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 

Personnel from Marina Del Rey Sheriff’s Station will also be on site to offer tips on how you can protect yourself against identity theft.

Funds raised from this event will support Marina Del Rey Station’s 2015 Charitable Giving Campaigns, various Cancer charities, Special Olympics Campaign, LASD Youth Explorer Program and the LASD Youth Athletic League.
