On Monday, April 13, 2015 at 12:42 AM, an Oakland Police officer on patrol observed a parked vehicle in the 3000 block of Brook Street that was reported stolen out of Oakland. The officer observed two occupants who were asleep inside the car; he detained both and ultimately, one person was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.
