Her passion for her work is illustrated by the awards she has received throughout her career that include:  An Excellence in Law Enforcement Award from the Dearborn County Prosecutor’s Office and Meritorious Service and Commendation Awards from the Indiana State Police Superintendent.  Paulita was also recognized for her work efforts in the murder investigation of a 10 year old girl by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Indiana State Police, Crothersville Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff’s Department and Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.

“Paulita has provided significant laboratory training throughout her career to a variety of different audiences, and in the process she has earned respect from many in law enforcement, as well as in the forensic science communities,” stated Major Holland.  “She has dedicated herself toward providing professional laboratory services, and in the process she has made a positive impact in the Indiana Criminal Justice Community.  She is a valued member of the Laboratory Division.”
