Narrative: On todays date the School Resource Officers of the Pomona Police Department made "Positive Parenting" presentations at a conference attended by over 200 parents and community members. The presentations were made in both English and Spanish. The presentations covered topics such as parental responsibilities, setting parental boundaries, teaching life skills and juvenile trends.
The Pomona Police Department in partnership with the Pomona Unified School District will continue to provide these classes to community in the future.
