Subject with extensive criminal history caught soliciting in Town (4/13/15). 
Yesterday morning (4/13/15) we received a report from a resident on Drinkwater Rd of male subjects in a white pickup soliciting for paving business. Around noon time I located the vehicle in a driveway on North Haverhill Rd. A male subject who is known to us for having an extensive criminal history was speaking to the female resident in the driveway. While I was turning around the resident was advised to tell me she called and asked them to come to the residence. She stated after she felt intimidated and scared to tell me in front of them that they had instructed her to say that in fear of retaliation.
The issue was resolved as a criminal matter and he will be in court to answer to the charge in May. A thirty second phone call yesterday morning that alerted us to their presence could have prevented a burglary. We greatly appreciate the help and as always please call us immediately to report any suspicious activity at 772-2929 or 911.
