#014 Warrant Arrest

Officer Ehling stopped a known male (59 years old/Fremont) near High St/Chapel Way and arrested him for multiple outstanding warrants.

#041 Driving Without a License

Officer Torrico made a traffic stop near Fremont/Peralta and cited the male driver (26 years old/Fremont) for driving without a license.

#043 Warrant Arrest

Officer Torrico made a pedestrian stop near Beard/Whitehead and arrested a male (49 years old/Fremont) for an outstanding Felony Warrant.

#045 Driving Under the Influence Arrest

Officers are dispatched to an accident in the area of Blacow/Omar. Officer Meredith determined one of the drivers (male/33 years old/Fremont), is under the influence of alcohol.  The male is arrested for driving under the influence and booked into the Fremont Jail.

#001 Driving on a Suspended License

Officer Torrico made a traffic stop near Central/Fremont and cited a female (32 years old/Fremont) for driving on a suspended license.

#002 Warrant Arrest

Officer Piol contacted a male (42 years old/Fremont) in the 4700 block of Richmond and arrested him for an outstanding Felony Warrant.

#004 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

Officers are dispatched to the area of Eggers/Kimbro on the report of a male who had fallen on the ground.  Officer Hartman arrived and contacted a male (23 years old/Fremont) who was too intoxicated to care for himself.  The male was arrested and booked into the Fremont Jail.

#005 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Officer Piol made a traffic stop near HWY 880/Mowry and contacted the male driver (42 years old/Milpitas).  The male was confirmed to be on probation.  A probation search revealed he was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The male was arrested.

#023 Warrant Arrest

Officer Scherer made a traffic stop near Cabrillo/Ardo and arrested the male driver (48 years old/Fremont) for two warrants.

#029 Warrant Arrest

Officer J. Roberts made a pedestrian stop at Pet Smart and contacted a male (36 years old/San Francisco).  The male is found to have two warrants and is cited out for both.

#001 Warrant Arrest

Officer Madsen made a traffic stop near Driscoll/Washington and arrested the male driver (31 years old/Fremont) for an outstanding warrant.

#005 Driving Without a License

Officer Hartman made a traffic stop near Alvarado/Lowry and contacted the male driver (36 years old/Union City), who did not have a driver’s license.  The male was cited.

#007 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest / Warrant Arrest

Officer J. Roberts made a traffic stop near Country/Hastings and contacts the two occupants.  A male (43 years old/Hayward) is ultimately arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence of a stimulant.  The female (28 years old/Newark) was arrested for two outstanding warrants.

#013 Coroner's Case

At 8:04 a.m., Fremont Police Patrol Officers responded to a call for service of a "person down," on the 200 block of Hackamore Common.  Upon their arrival, officers located an adult male in his 40's who was declared deceased at the scene.  The Alameda County Coroner's Office is investigating the cause of death.

#027 Under the Influence Arrest

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance on the 4200 block of Nerissa.  Officer Taylor contacted a male (25 years old/Fremont) and arrested him for being under the influence of a stimulant. 

#021 Residential Burglary

Between 04/03/15 and 04/12/15 an unknown suspect(s), entered a residence in the 5300 block of Valpey Park without permission and removed items from the residence. The suspect(s) attempted to kick a lower panel of the front door to gain entry. The suspect(s) then used body force to gain entry into the residence at the front door. The loss was jewelry and electronics.

Officer Hartman made a traffic stop near Fremont/Parrish and contacted a female (22 years old/Fremont) and cited her for driving without a driver’s license.

Officers respond to the report of several subjects being detained after they had attempted to break into a car in the 39000 block of Whitecap.  Officers arrived on scene and locate the two suspects, a male (26 years old/Fremont) and a female (30 years old/Fremont). Officers are able to locate multiple other victim vehicles throughout the neighborhood.  The male and female were arrested for various theft related charges.
