Full Notification

On 4/2/15 the victim was shopping at a business in Upland when she was contacted by the pictured suspect (#1) wearing the baseball cap. The suspect displayed a yellow piece of metal which he claimed was a gold bar he wanted to sell. The suspect (#2) with a shaved head then contacted the victim and suspect #1 pretending to also be interested in buying the gold bar. The suspects convinced the victim to buy the gold bar and a diamond (fake) for $15,000. The suspects accompanied the victim to two banks where she withdrew the cash and gave it to the suspects. Suspect #2 accompanied the victim into the banks during the withdrawals. The victim then dropped the suspects off at two different locations in Upland.

Prior to contact with the victim, the two suspects were captured on video as they parked and exited the pictured vehicle (possibly a Suburban) at the business where they contacted the victim.
